Lasernet email - excel file not in the attachment

Hi, what set-up to check when excel file is not attached in the email.
 
When my colleague ran a customer account statement and user lasernet email he received pdf and excel file in the email.
I only received pdf file, where can I check the difference in our set-up.

    The issue of not receiving the Excel file as an attachment in the Lasernet email could be due to differences in configuration or user-specific settings. Here's how you can troubleshoot and resolve it:
     
    Steps to Check and Resolve
    1. Verify Lasernet Configuration:
      • Open the Lasernet configuration tool and check the setup for the email output.
      • Ensure that the Excel file format is enabled as an attachment for the specific report (e.g., Customer Account Statement).
    2. Compare User-Specific Settings:
      • Check if there are user-specific settings in Lasernet that determine which file formats are sent. Your colleague might have additional formats enabled for their user profile.
    3. Review Report Settings:
      • In Dynamics 365, navigate to the report settings for the Customer Account Statement.
      • Confirm that the report is configured to generate both PDF and Excel outputs.
    4. Check Email Template:
      • Review the email template used for sending the report. Ensure that it includes both the PDF and Excel file as attachments.
    5. Permissions:
      • Verify that your user account has the necessary permissions to generate and receive Excel files as part of the report.
    6. Test with Another User:
      • Log in with your colleague's credentials and test the report to confirm if the issue is user-specific.
    7. Update Lasernet:

    My advice is to set up a support case with Formpipe, they should be able to tell you quickly why it's not working for you.
