Business Central CurrPage.Updete Performance

Posted on by 19
Hello Everyone,

I am facing strange issue. I am using add-on when there is subpage (similar to Sales Order Subpage) and Code is written on "No." field on validate CurrPage.UPDATE(TRUE).

It is taking more time than expected and have created performance issue.

If I comment code related to CurrPage.Update(TRUE) and use CurrPage.SaveRecord. It works. But it does not refresh subpage specially in case of extended text.

Any suggestion is appreciated.

Hi, have you set the following property in your subpage?

In addition, I am curious whether this is really the performance issue caused by this. It may be caused by the logic in a trigger. You can use the following function to detect it first.

    Thanks.
    ZHU
