CICD for D365 BC - PTE & AppSource

Hi everyone,
I wanted to enable CICD for my Dynamics 365 business central project in GITLAB.
I wanted to know about these (PTE) -
- What is the command used to create the package (.app) file?
- Is any external command required to be included while doing the above operation?
- For alternative, how can we apply vs code extension in cicd job to execute like AL: Package command?
 
For AppSource is it applicable to enable CICD in gitlab?
Maybe guide something on this..
