Getting error when try to fulfill order using orchestration flows

Hi Everyone 
 
I'm trying to fulfill my Sales Order through orchestration flow but getting an below issue.
 


Below is the screenclip for the Sample Order Orchestration flow which I am using for Manual Order Orchestration.
