Unable to sing up for Microsoft Service

Hi this is Jirka have a request to obtain access for my Microsoft account. I have try to sign up for service and app. Unfortunately wasnt able log in to App source. The reason for is dont have smart phone on me and my emails at account.live.com dosnt recive any code for two factor authentication. Can you update my account to original email Jirka.25 thanks Jirka.

    Use the Microsoft Account recovery form
    Go to: https://account.live.com/acsr
    Enter your account email (e.g., Jirka.25@...) and an alternate email where Microsoft can contact you.
    Provide as much info as possible (previous passwords, subject lines of recent emails, Xbox/Skype IDs if linked).
    Check alternate verification options
    When signing in, if it only offers phone, click I don’t have any of these → it should let you request verification via the recovery form.
    Wait for Microsoft Support
    They usually respond within 24 hours.
    If the form succeeds, they’ll reset your access and allow login with just your password.
    Future-proof
    Once you regain access, add multiple recovery methods in Security Info
     secondary email, Authenticator app, or a recovery code you can print/save.

    This is Jirka again to find way how to get App from your appsource.microsoft.com. I have received update to my existing email jirka.25@ and also to alternate email address jirka.han@. Unfortunately, when I get to your portal it asks me for code which I can't obtain. My Microsoft account is associated with my mobile phone [removed by moderator]  but don't receive any sms from you. Can you send me an email instead sms? Or turn off two-way factor at account.live.com to find apps for my PC thanks Jirka.
