Hi everyone,
I am currently working on optimizing the customer experience (CX) and post-purchase retention journey for an e-commerce brand I manage,
Yumi Nutrition. Because we specialize in daily wellness supplements, a massive part of our growth and lifetime value (LTV) relies on subscription retention and repeat automated orders.
Right now, we are re-evaluating our CRM flows to see how we can gather better customer insights right after a user's first order arrives, specifically to ensure their onboarding experience is smooth. However, we want to avoid triggering "survey fatigue."
For those of you managing CRM, sales pipelines, or CX strategies in the B2C e-commerce space, I’d love to get your input on a couple of things:
* What specific touchpoints have you found most effective for gathering authentic customer feedback without disrupting the post-purchase experience?
* Are you finding better engagement and insight collection by leveraging automated SMS flows, or are you strictly sticking to email segmentation for subscription updates?
I would love to hear any strategies, tools, or real-world insights that have worked well for your customer retention models!
