Insert Data from SQL Server to FNO Tables

I am trying to write X++ Runnable classes integration from SQL Server on premise to FNO (Test ENV) Custom Table (Created By ME)

    All right, then your actual requirement isn't write X++ runnable classes; you chose a solution before even knowing about what options you can choose from. Forget your current design for now.
     
    If you want to connect from internet to the on-premises SQL Server, you either must open the SQL Server instance to internet (which may be dangerous) or use a reverse proxy or something (which may be quite complex). Doing it the other way around - connecting to internet from the on-premises system - is much more straightforward.
     
    You asked "how i can read data from SQL server and push to FNO with DMF API", but it's not clear whether you don't know how to extract data from SQL Server, how to use data management APIs or both. For now, I'll assume you know how to deal with SQL Server but you know nothing about F&O APIs. To learn the basics, check out F&O documentation. You'll see that there are two DM APIs: the package API and the recurring integrations API. You can choose any of them.
     
    If you want to call these APIs from an on-premises system, note that there is already and app capable of that: Recurring Integrations Scheduler. It's open-source software, therefore you can borrow some parts of code, modify the app or so.
     
    But don't jump into coding just yet; you need to collect business and non-business requirements and consider how to meet them. Maybe none of the options discussed so far meets your (currently unknown) requirements. For example, you need to know how the import will be triggered (e.g. by an action in F&O, by schedule or so), how many requests you expect, the amount of data, data transformation needs, what should happen when one of the system isn't reachable, what should happen if the import fails (e.g. your solution needs to notify someone) and so on. At the moment, you're not yet in a position to design a solution, not even mentioning an actual implementation.

    SQL Server is on Premise + FNO is on cloud.
     
    But Main purpose is to create General Journal Entry to FNO in Test Environment(on cloud) for Daily Expense from Nevison(SQL Server)
     
    How so how i can read data from SQL server and push to FNO with DMF API.

    You mentioned that your SQL Server is on premises, but what about F&O?
     
    What is the reason why you decided to write it in X++ rather then using existing integration tools? For example, you could have a local app exporting data from SQL Server and calling F&O Data Management APIs, or using Power Platform (that has connectors to both SQL Server and F&O).
