Fundraising and Engagement - After Upgrade Gift Type field has disappeared

Upgraded the Fundraising and Engagement 'app' through Power Platform apps.
 
The 'Gift Type' field has disappeared from the Add Gift screen. Cannot now do any credit card processing.
