Hi everyone, I'm new in workflow development, I need to extend the side form that appears when a workflow is approved or rejected, in which there is a comments field, I want to add a drop down field in that form and save the selected value in the same table where comments are saved

If you right click on the dialog, what is the form name?

For example: if i right click on this form below, it's called workflowSubmitDialog, which is a form you can add fields to it
