D365 Failing actions are: CRMSettingsAPIs, msdynce_Scheduling, msdynce_Service, msdynce_Sales

Dear Team,
 
We are trying to update on premise D365 directly from 9.0.51.6 to  9.1.21.05 facing issue as below.
 
Update Organization with Id=d5b0eea3-8dbd-f011-a5d9-005056b0c63c failed with Exception:
Microsoft.Crm.CrmException: Encountered non-terminal failures during DBUpdates. Failing actions are: CRMSettingsAPIs, msdynce_Scheduling, msdynce_Service, msdynce_Sales, msdynce_CustomerServiceHub
 
Kindly advise me for this issue also suggest what kind of order  we must install Cumulative updates 9.1
Either we need install one by one or we can directly install update 9.1.21.11 on top of D365 9.0.51.6 version.
