ReportIn Dynamics NAV 2018, when you add notes to a page like a rental contract, there’s a "To:" field and an option to "Notify" someone. When you enable the notification, it appears under the user's "My Notifications" in the main Role Center of NAV. From there, the user can view the message or click the link to navigate directly to the relevant rental contract or purchase order.
In Business Central, I see there's an option in the fact box to add notes, but there doesn’t seem to be a way to notify someone. Is this functionality not available in Business Central, or is there a method to enable it?
