How to select option in condition builder in update rule setting

Hi guys,

I was trying to set a condition for a rule in a queue which triggered on an incoming email. When I set up the rule in condition builder in step 2 :

When I opened the options I saw all these:

Which one should I choose??? I picked up Created by and set it as not contains some value and it gives error when I submit an email to incoming email.

Thanks in advance for any guide!!!

Use Activity type(Email).
