Hello,
We just purchased the D365 Customer Voice without selecting Dynamics 365 applications plan license.
After that, we installed the app in a Sandbox environment.
After the app was installed, we assigned the System Admin security role + Project Owner role for the user knowing that the Sys admin will already give us full permission.
When we tried to access customervoice.microsoft.com by signing in with the account that we gave access to, it is failing by saying "My account is not enabled for D365 Customer Voice" as follows:
Could you please advise what is the issue?
Any help is greatly appreciated.
