Im looking for integration tool to connect business central to Wix e-commerce, kindly looking for advise on the best one to use or how to go about it from those who have done it before.

As far as I know, there is no standard connector as of now.
You need to consider customizing or using a solution provided by a third-party partner.

If you consider customization, you can use API or Power Automate
