1. Find a topic/forum you are interested in and willing to dive into 🏃
2. Find an unanswered question you want to answer using filters (Read how in Staying connected to the topics you care about)
3. Write your response. Follow these best practices to post answers that other members appreciate:
   • Writing Effective Responses
   • Writing Effective Suggested Answers
   • Writing Effective Verified Answers
   • Remember: what separates Super Users isn't knowing all the answers – they know how to figure it out! Stretch your problem-solving skills and help others at the same time!

Follow up and grow your reputation

1. Frequently follow up on your subscriptions and notifications to respond to any follow-up comments by the original poster 🙂
2. Find a forum and category that matches and subscribe to find more opportunities
3. Keep at it! Watch your achievements grow, and rise on the weekly Leaderboard

Optimize your engagement

1. Create quick responses and @mentions to speed up engagement 🤝
2. Review your My Activity page to see and leverage your prior conversations
3. Find the most active members on the Leaderboard and look at their posts to see what they're doing. Discovering their blogs and LinkedIn posts is also a good way to learn from the best.
