CRM: multi-ownership of record

Hello,

I would help with the following scenario on CRM 365:

I have an opportunity (record) that I would like 4 users (ownership) to be able to have rights to this record.
For each opportunity (record) these 4 users are different.

For security perspective, users only want to see the offers they've been owner.

As a solution there are sharing and creating groups, but since there are too many records I don't know if it is the right solution.
Is there anything else you could recommend, something like multi- ownership?

User should get access direct or indirect way.

    You have 2 ways.
    1. From owner team. Here user should be part of this team. You can have a logic on creation or update of a record, id specific conditions will match then share given record with the owner team...it is share and not making owner team as the new owner.

    2. Access team templates. Here you can add access team grid on the record form. And user can add other users so that new user will have access on the records.

If you want to provide permission to user level then use access team because it will not work on owner team.

Only difference between the owner team Access team is that the access team will be act as the another owner of record. And present at every record.

Where as in the owner team, it is just a team which you can create by yourself and add different users in it manually. Once you have owner team you can share a record with the owner team and people who are part of that team will have the access.

    Thank you,

Not exactly, every record has every time 4 different user (they will be operate like owners).

Because a have over 5000 records, i have to create so many access teams and the record will be increase.

Also, I want users to see only their records.

I hope for more sophisticated solution.

Okay then you can create owner team...and create a customisation which will share all permission to a record once it matches your required conditions...or you can make that owner team as record owner.

    Hi There,

Create an owner team as an owner team can own multiple records of one or more tables.

I did that but because of the many records, the system creates too many access teams.

    Hello User,

You can use Access team and Access team templates.

    Thank you,
    Amit Katariya
