Hello, for a couple of weeks now we have noticed a huge drop on the CTR of our emailings.
CTR is below 1%, in average around 0.4% for the last 2-3 campaigns while it was easily between 2-3% in average before.
The only thing I noticed while testing emails before sending them is that they take quite a long time to load pages after a click.
Is something new added in the tracking of the links that could explain the slow performance? If I am on the right track, then it would explain the tracking not being triggered and the poor displayed results.
Anyone else experiencing this lately?
