Issue with Excel Add in

Hi Team,
 
I had excel add in when i downloaded the ledger allocation rules table.  I suddenly closed the add in tab in excel after which the excel add in is not opening.  Is there any way to activate back the excel addin . I tried to download a new excel even then the add in is not getting activated
