Reopen Opportunity Button Not Working

Hello,

I am experiencing an issue with the "Reopen Opportunity" button in Dynamics 365 Sales. The button appears in the ribbon but does not work when clicked. I have consulted with the Microsoft support team, and they recommended removing all customizations, which I would like to avoid.

Could you please provide recommendations on what I should check to resolve this issue? Specifically, I would like to know:

  1. How to check the solution layer of the form to ensure it is not causing the issue.
  2. Any other potential areas or settings that might affect the functionality of the "Reopen Opportunity" button.

    Hello, 
     
    To debug buttons you can use “ribbondebug”, adding “&ribbondebug=true” to the end of the URL and it will release a new button for you to use.
