Workflow is stuck on pending

HI guys,
 
When I try to submit the PO the workflow is get stuck on Pending . and I check the batch job history I found the error show in 2nd SS.

    I have seen such issue before where data was manually deleted in a production environment, trying to remove workflow messages for some reason. Do you know if some attempts were done in this environment?
     
    You can check for valid settings and check if the data is stored correctly. My last troubleshooting around AX2012 workflows is a long time ago. You might check if there are correct records in all related tables. Start with checking the contents of the table SysWorkflowMessageTable and WorkflowTrackingStatusTable. These are used for the workflow instance.
