Finance insights - Cash flow forecast won't stop initializing

We have tested Finance insights - Cash Flow Forecast in our sandbox environment. After it was originally setup, the AI model started to initialize, but it lasted forever (over two weeks). I couldn't find a way to stop it, so I uninstalled Finance insights. I checked from FO that the features were gone, and then I reinstalled it (via LCS). And now, the Cash flow forecast configuration is again initializing. Is there a way to stop it? AI suggested maintenance mode, but I don't know if that could work.

So does anyone have knowledge how to manage with this problem?

Hi Migi,

As we are not able to check what is running (or not) in the background, I suggest to create a ticket for Microsoft Support.
