How to solve the error of importing bank statements

Dear experts,
How can I get detailed error information when I encounter the following error when importing bank statements using MT940 format?
How to troubleshoot the problem?
Previously, the same file could be imported normally, as shown in the record below.

    Opening balance should be the same as closing balance.

    You're right, the ending balance of the bank should be consistent with the beginning balance of the bank in the imported file.
