Inventory recalculation error in production Environment

Hi All,

While running the inventory recalculation for this month's production environment, we encountered an error. This is the first time we've seen this issue. The inventory recalculation has been running successfully every month since 2016, but this month's recalculation completed only partially.

The recalculation failed, and when we click on the log, it displays the following error:

"Stack trace: Illegal character sequence, such as unpaired surrogate in UTF-16, detected."

Because of this error, this month's process has come to a halt, making it a high-priority issue that needs to be resolved urgently.

Unfortunately, this failed scenario cannot be reproduced in the Development or UAT environments, so we are unable to debug it there.

Has anyone encountered this type of error before, or can anyone suggest possible troubleshooting steps or the root cause?
