
We have users who raised an issue that the Excel add-in for D365 stopped persisting logins in early May, which is causing them problems with desktop automation flows. I see the same behavior. There isn't an error, just every time the file is opened they have to click Sign In.
Is there a resolution for this? Is this the planned behavior going forward? The users see this as an impediment and a breaking change for the process they’ve developed.
Should all be current versions:
Add-in version - 7.1.26096.01
Excel - M365 current and Current (Preview). 2606
