Hello All -
When generating a customer account statement I don't have the option to manually enter an aging period. The field is greyed out. Any ideas on how to enable this field?

Hi Barry,Before the aging period definitions becomes active, you first need to set a date interval, or your own from and to date. Then you can enable the option Show maturity distribution. Once that is enabled, the aging period definition becomes editable.
