I moved the question from the FastTrack forum to Dynamics 365 as your question is about the product, not FastTrack services itsef.
The first question is if you did try to resume the workflow. Maybe the error was incorrect for this instance. In case you continue to get the same error, then please specify more details like if it is only with this GRN, more GRNs or all. Did it work correctly before? If so, what got changed in the mean time?
