I'm trying to find out how to make changes to the unsubscribe page for our D365 setup.

As of now, when someone clicks on an unsubscribe link in our email footer, they are greeted with this generic page:

Our team would like to be able to edit the design of this page. However, I could not figure out where to find this within our settings. Can anyone guide me in the right direction?

How to edit the email unsubscribe page
    Hello IH-21031434-0,

You're looking to customize the Subscription Center Page (also known as the Preference Center Page) in Dynamics 365 Customer Insights - Journeys (formerly Dynamics 365 Marketing). This is the page that recipients are directed to when they click the unsubscribe link in your marketing emails.

    Understanding the Subscription Center:

    • Purpose: The Subscription Center allows recipients to manage their communication preferences with your organization. This includes unsubscribing, but also potentially selecting specific topics or communication channels.

    • Built-in Functionality: Dynamics 365 provides a default Subscription Center page, but it's designed to be customized to match your branding and specific requirements.

    •

How to Customize the Subscription Center Page:

    1. Navigate to Marketing Pages:

      • In Dynamics 365 Customer Insights - Journeys, go to Outbound Marketing (or Real-Time Marketing if you are using that) > Internet Marketing > Marketing Pages.

    2. Locate the Subscription Center Page:

      • Look for a Marketing Page with the purpose set to "Subscription Center."
      • It might be named "Subscription Center," "Preference Center," or something similar.

    3. Edit the Page:

      • Open the Subscription Center Page.
      • You'll find that it's a drag-and-drop design interface similar to other Marketing Pages.

      • Customize the Content:

        • Edit the text, images, and layout to match your branding.
        • Add or remove fields to control what information is displayed.

      • Add Subscription Lists:

        • If you're using subscription lists to manage different topics or communication types, make sure they are included on the page.
        • Recipients can then select which lists they want to subscribe to or unsubscribe from.

      • Update Confirmation Message:

        • Customize the confirmation message that's displayed after the recipient submits their preferences.

    4. Go Live:

      • Once you've made your changes, click "Go Live" to publish the updated page.

    5. Update Email Footer (If Necessary):

      • If you've changed the URL of the Subscription Center Page, you'll need to update the unsubscribe link in your email footers.
      • You can do this in the email settings or in the email template itself.

      •

    6.

    Important Considerations:

    • Legal Compliance: Ensure that your Subscription Center Page complies with all relevant privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM).
    • Branding: Maintain consistent branding across all your marketing communications, including the Subscription Center Page.
    • User Experience: Design the page to be user-friendly and easy to navigate.
    • Testing: Thoroughly test the page after making any changes to ensure that it works correctly.

    •

    Key Recommendation:

    • Focus on customizing the content and layout of the page to match your branding and provide a clear and user-friendly experience for recipients.

    •

By following these steps, you can create a customized Subscription Center Page that meets your specific requirements.
