If the "Mitigation suggestions for account reconciliation" agent isn't appearing in your library after following Microsoft's setup steps, here are some troubleshooting actions to consider:
Ensure you've successfully deployed the agent from the Finance and Operations apps (Dynamics 365 Finance) to the machine where the agent is installed.
Check if the agent appears in Power Automate under My flows or in the Dynamics 365 Finance environment.
Go to Power Automate (https://flow.microsoft.com/) → Data → Connectors → Agents.
Confirm that the agent is registered and connected to your Dynamics 365 Finance environment.
Sometimes, the agent might not deploy correctly. Try:
Uninstalling and reinstalling the agent.
Ensuring you have the latest version of the Account Reconciliation Agent installed.
Ensure the user setting up the agent has:
System Administrator or Financial Controller roles in Dynamics 365 Finance.
Proper Power Automate permissions.
Verify that the Dynamics 365 environment is correctly linked to the agent.
In Power Automate, check if the agent is hidden, archived, or disabled.
Try searching for it in the "All" tab instead of just "Active."
Check the Microsoft Docs page for any updates or known issues: Configure the account reconciliation agent
Look for service advisories in the Microsoft 365 Admin Center that might affect agent deployment.
If the issue persists, raise a support ticket with Microsoft, as it might be a backend issue.
