In a perfect world, the migration from Microsoft Dynamics CRM on-premises to Dynamics 365 online would easily include the existing integrations to Microsoft Dynamics CRM on-premises. This should be even simpler in case you already had D365 and wanted to go fort a Dynamics 365 on premise to cloud migration. Read More here. Microsoft Dynamics 365 Cloud Vs On-Premise Comparison.

Hello,
You could use one of the third party tool for your integration -
www.kingswaysoft.com/.../ssis-integration-toolkit-for-microsoft-dynamics-365
From On-premise to cloud integration you can create app in azure app registration and create application user in crm then assign role. Now use this user to connect to cloud from your integration project c#.
docs.microsoft.com/.../walkthrough-register-app-azure-active-directory
You can use Web API OR Organization service to interact with CRM -
docs.microsoft.com/.../overview
docs.microsoft.com/.../overview
From Cloud to On-premise CRM instegration you will have to enable IFD on your crm instance so that it can reached from internet.
docs.microsoft.com/.../configure-the-dynamics-365-server-for-ifd
You could also use power automate to connect to your on-premise sql using Onpremise Data gateway
