Trying to add a file to an account via the associated subgrid but no options available

Greetings,

I'm trying to upload documents to an account in Dynamics Sales, but there are no options for creating new files or folders. There use to be, but not anymore and I'm not quite sure what happened. On our SharePoint site on the backend, I can still create things, it's just the Dynamics facing UI that is missing this ability. I am an admin, but I've yet to find any options to edit this. Any help would be appreciated!
