I am using a trial sales hub environment to set up a CRM for a business. Will push to production once fully set with accounts, leads, opportunities, and graphs.
I am at a point of testing the outgoing comms from D365 to the recipients, but it seems that no messages are being received by the recipient.
Below is a screenshot of an email and teams invite being sent off, but I am not receiving it to my personal (a different email) address for testing.

Hello User,
Have you checked if emails are in pending state ? If yes then you have to enable mailboxes for that specific environment. Once it is enabled emails will be sent.
Tip : Mailboxes are enabled for single instance at a time.

Have you checked the mailbox setting? Is your mailbox enabled and tested?
