Cannot Export to Excel

Dear Community,

despite numbers of posts related to the issue I'm facing right now I wasn't able to find an answer to my problem.

I'm running D365 Finance - Product Version 10.0.43 (10.0.2177.175) / Platform version Update 67 (7.0.7521.258) and when I'm trying to export to Excel a Trial Balance I get the 2nd screenshot below :(

Would any member have an idea what's causing this ?

Do you have Excel licence in your computer?

Hi Billur,

thanks for your reply and good question.

Sorry I didn't mention it but yes we do have Excel licenses, that's a Microsoft 365 Apps for enterprise which includes Word, Excel, PwerPoint etc...

Another information, I can download in Excel other tables in D365, for instance I can download in Excel Users Table. I was suspecting something around Excel too but seems like the "connection" with Excel is not the root cause.

Got it :)

For some reason the view by default switched to "My View"

I just had to switch it to Standard View and it worked fine ! I've also make sure to pin it as default so that I don't have to switch to stadard every time.
