Dynamic link with year, day and month

Hello Community,

Is there an out-of-box method to create a path (link) that includes month, year, and day? For example: \test\year\month\day

I've tried Year (Created On) using Dynamic Values in a workflow, but the Year function is unavailable in the system.

If there isn't a method to achieve this using a workflow, would you please explain how to create a flow to resolve this?
