In "Process Bank Statements" Is there a way to make sure the statement dates are listed chronological order without having to sort by oldest to newest or newest to order every time?

    Process Bank Statements, Date Order
Dynamics 365 does not offer a direct feature to lock the sorting order of bank statements
If you are dealing with the list of bank statements, the system usually maintains the order of records according to the last sorting action performed.

Ensure that the Date field is selected as the primary sorting criterion on the page. You can do this by:

    1. Go to the Bank Statements page.
    2. Select the Filter pane (or configure the sort settings on the grid).
    3. Choose Sort by Date (Ascending or Descending).

This ensures that when you return to the page, the most recent (or oldest) statement appears as the default view. The system will tend to remember this sorting, especially if this configuration is already set in your user profile.
