VAT-codes for import VAT, and mapping to VAT-report Norway

Hi, How do I configurate VAT code 81-87 (reverse charge) for Norway? And why does not code 81-85 show in the VAT-report. The VAT-codes in FO is mapped in Electronic reporting to the standard VAT SAF-T-code. All other codes are shown in the VAT-report.
