Hi everyone,
I’m facing an issue with PowerFx command bar buttons in the Customer Service app.
The buttons are visible when I open a record through the app navigation.
However, if I open the same record via a direct link (deep link to the record, via copy link button or share button), the PowerFx buttons are not displayed on the form command bar.
We are using the Customer Service app with tab sessions enabled.
Has anyone experienced this behavior?
Is this a known limitation when using session tabs and direct record links?
Is there a workaround to make the PowerFx buttons consistently appear?
