trying to run integration fails only sometimes because it says file doesnt exist but it does exist

Posted on by
User runs an integration that about 15% of the time does not work and comes up with the below error. Generally it seems to self-resolve after a few days but its becoming quite annoying to try to figure out when it pops up. The file does exist in the location noted in the error. Ive had the user ensure the file and the folder are open when she tries to run the integration but she keeps getting the same error. Has anyone seen this before? I dont know enough about the integration manager itself so I'm kind of grasping at straws to figure this out.

Integration Manager can be very finicky at times :-)
If your file is not local, I would make it local.
Sometimes by right-clicking the source, clicking Properties, and from within the Properties window browsing out to locate your source file manually, see if that works.

Right-click the Integration Manager shortcut and select Run as administrator. This will give the application the rights it needs to create the directory structure and write the default configuration file.

    Thanks
