B2B Ecommerce for POS

Point of sales is targeted for B2C customers. Some of the functionalities you listed are available on POS, but more from B2C POV. For B2B flow, FnO will be the best choice.

The expected features for B2B POS: Product setup, lead generation, Quotation and proposal creation, Order placement, Payment Processing, Order Fulfillment, Installation and training, Ongoing support, Feedback collection etc.

So, by leveraging these capabilities business can streamline their operations, enhance customer engagement, improving overall efficiency.

So, is there any kind of content or document present in Microsoft learn portal or is this process and capabilities supported by Microsoft currently?
