Reference a relative date in Journeys in RTM

I'm building a Journey which sends a welcome email immediately after the Contact joins the related Segment, which is created through Contacts opting in to a Topic through filling out a Marketing Form. 
 
I want to then send the following email [tomorrow] at a specified time. I don't see an option ootb in Journey creation to specify a relative time to the Journey being initiated by a Contact and wondered if there was another way of setting this up.
