I have implemented IVR using Copilot studio where the Client requirement is to setup a Timer for 30 seconds and Repeat the Queue position message.
Example: If all Agents are busy, and if 1,2 and 3 Customers call and are positioned in Queue one after the other, all three Customers should hear their individual Queue position messages be it 1, 2, 3.. in order and the OOTB respective message: "You are 1st in Queue position", should play every 30 seconds. Is there a way to put a custom timer to Repeat such Queue position message?
