Hello Everyone,I have problem with connecting Clients Outlook with D365.Here is full review. The user has the following licenses: Office 365 E3, Microsoft Power Automate Free, and Microsoft Fabric.
The user named Rainer has Security Roles for the Dynamics for Outlook app.
Two Users Rolandas and Rainer had separate accounts, so we transferred the license from Rolandas' account to Rainer's.
The user called Rainer can access the CRM webpage and Outlook.
In Outlook, the user Rainer encountered a dialog box requesting them to enter the CRM URL address
From our Dynamics Application Mailbox Settings I attempted to confirm, approve, and test, they received a notification stating that Outlook should connect to the CRM. However, upon entering the CRM URL, they were prompted to log in to MS. When attempting to log in to MS, they encountered a Sign In Error AADSTS7000112, indicating that the Microsoft Dynamics CRM for Outlook application is disabled (screenshot).
After the user completed confirmation, testing, and approval, the user did not appear in the Dynamics 365 App for Outlook list.
In the approval, confirmation, and testing window, under Alerts, the following error is displayed:"An unexpected error occurred while receiving emails. The mailbox Rainer Põld was not synchronized. The owner of the related email server profile LPexchangeServer has been notified.Email server error code: ErrorNonPrimarySmtpAddress."ActivityId: 9e48e23b-a1f7-4016-9137-22d47a94043e
