I have D365 10.48 setup and running the Copilot supplier comms agents and it's preparing emails for suppliers and reading incoming emails, which is basically working OK having followed the Microsoft Learn instructions. However, the impact analysis agent never returns anything to D365.
The relevant cloud flow runs, says it's succeeded, but doesn't return anything to D365, and if I look at the parsed JSON from the 'Get impacted orders' step, it's found the sales order that will be delayed by one of the supplier late deliveries, but when that is passed to the 'Procurement Agent - Impact Analysis' agent, the agent always returns 'Sorry, I am not able to find a related topic'. This detail isn't passed back to D365, in there all I see is 'Impact not available' or something similar.
Has anyone else got the impact analysis agent working and if so, was it straight out of the box or was there other setup or manipulation required to get it up and running?
