Pre-allocated serial numbers not displayed during Report progress in PFE

Hello experts,

In the Microsoft video below, it is possible to select pre-allocated serial numbers during the Report progress process in Production Floor Execution:

My item is serial number controlled, and I have assigned a serial number group to it with the configuration shown below.
 
 
The serial numbers are being created automatically when the production order is created.
 
However, when I report progress through PFE, I do not see the screen or option to select the pre-allocated serial numbers, as shown in the Microsoft video.
 

Could you please help me understand if there is any additional setup, parameter, feature, or process step required for this screen to appear in PFE?
