Please advise how to clear all pending emails in queue before running Email distributor batch

In UAT, we have set the 'Email Distributor Batch' job on hold in order to prevent any users' disturb / confusion.

However, once we set this job to be executed, it sends out all pending messages in the queue.

Any way to clear those pending messages before enabling it?

Hi,
You can specify the number of days to retain email history, after which it will be automatically deleted. If you set the retention period to 0, the system will use the default retention period of 30 days.

You need to delete them from "Batch email sending status" form
