Dear All,

We have enabled Database Logging in our Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations for selected critical business processes(Cloud Enviornment).

Currently, we have configured a 120-day retention period for the Database Log. We now have a requirement to retain the historical Database Log data in our Data Warehouse for audit and future investigation purposes

We are planning to work with our Data Warehouse team to implement the archival process and would appreciate guidance from the community on the recommended approach.

Database Log tables
What is the standard D365FO table/table(s) that store the Database Log records?
Best Practice to Archive D365 Finance & Operations Database Log Data to Data Warehouse

Are there any related tables that must also be extracted to maintain the complete audit information?
Which fields should be extracted to the Data Warehouse to retain details such as:

Table name
Record/RecId
Field name
Old value
New value
User who made the change
Date/time of change
Operation (Insert/Update/Delete)
Company/Legal entity

Is there a recommended architecture for moving Database Log data to Azure Data Lake, Data Warehous

What is the recommended sequence/frequency for the archival  processes?

Any guidance, documentation, recommended Microsoft-supported approach would be greatly appreciated.
