Hi,

I have an Booked Resources(msdyn_bookingsummary)OOB column in workorder. I created a personal view and added this column to the view, however it shows the data in the UI for the Booked Resources column which typically displays Bookable resources associated with that booking. But strangely, when I export to static worksheet or other form of Excel sheets the data shows blank for this column. I can see the data in other columns in Excel.

Add a Related Subgrid or Associated View Instead
Instead of relying on msdyn_bookingsummary, expose the Bookable Resource Booking entity in your reports.
Each Work Order can have multiple Bookings → you’ll get the full set of booked resources in a related list.
Use Advanced Find / FetchXML / Power BI
Build a custom view or FetchXML query that explicitly joins Work Orders with their Bookable Resource Bookings.
Export from there → the resources will appear correctly.
Power BI is often the cleanest way to report on this, since it handles N:1 and 1:N joins better than Excel export.
Custom Field + Flow/Plugin Sync
If business users must see Booked Resources in Excel exports:
Create a custom text field on Work Order (e.g., Booked Resources Export).
Use a Power Automate flow or plugin to populate it with a concatenated list of resource names whenever a booking is created/updated.
This way, the data is stored physically on the record → will appear in Excel export.
Use Excel Online Export (Dynamic Worksheet)
Static exports strip certain calculated fields.
Try Export to Excel Online → Open in Excel → Save As. In some cases, the rendering carries through better (though still limited for aggregates)..
