84We are looking to optimize our D365 F&O licensing costs. I need to audit our current environment to identify users who are assigned expensive full SCM/Finance licenses but are only performing tasks that require an Activity or Team Members license.
What tools or telemetry reports do you use to map a user's actual daily usage against license tiers? How can I safely downgrade their roles without breaking their necessary daily processes?
