Dynamics Sales (CRM) Integration - Quote open in Business Central from action button

Posted on by 2,238

Hi All

After synching (coupling) Dataverse entities like Accounts and contacts to Business Central, you can open the coupled record (Customer) directly in Business Central by invoking an action button from Dynamics 365 Sales App (same works from BC to Sales via an action button in BC). However I could not find a way to open coupled sales quotes or orders and wondering if I have overlooked standard functions linking the two systems. Perhaps a customisation can achieve if it's possible

    Having similar / same issues.

All data except quotes will sync between CRM and BC.

When I create Quote then Activate in CRM Nothing comes over.  i.e. I can't see any Sales Quotes or Sales Quotes - Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales.

Any further details on how to resolve?

I have a similar problem, except when I go to the Sales Quotes - Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales page, I don't see any quotes listed. So for now, we activate the quote and, in Sales Orders, submit the order to couple it to Business Central. Do you know why my activated quotes are not listed in the Sales Quotes - Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales page?
    Thanks!

    Hello,

In BC there is a page called Sales Quotes - Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales. The created quote in CRM will be shown there.

From that page you can navigate to the sales orders. If there are many sales quotes, you can hide them, etc.

    Hope this helps already?

    Thanks.
