Sales app Samsung Android invisible text and typing

Hi, 

 

Can you fix the invisible text in New task and detail description. and in some menu. I cannot see the text as it's white on white. Or typing text white.

    Yes. This sounds like a mobile UI/theme issue, particularly if the problem occurs on a Samsung/Android device where text is rendered white on a white background in New Task, Description, and some menus.
    Microsoft supports Light/Dark/System appearance in Power Apps mobile on Android, so the first thing I would test is the device/app appearance setting.

    troubleshooting
    1. Change Power Apps Mobile to Light mode
    On the Samsung device:
    Power Apps → Profile picture → Settings → Appearance → Light
    Don't use System default for the test.
    Then completely close Power Apps and reopen Dynamics 365.
    If the text becomes visible, the issue is most likely related to dark-mode/theme rendering.
    2. Check Samsung Dark Mode
    Temporarily disable:
    Samsung Settings → Display → Dark mode
    Then reopen the Dynamics 365 app.
    Also check whether High contrast / accessibility settings are enabled
