lagging issue

Dear all,  Hope you are doing good.

My concern is that, Our Finance department is struggling to use web portal Office 365 Dynamic as it's lagging for micro sec when they tried to switch between the cells.
I tried to switch browser from edge to chrome
Updated the web browser.
clear cache and browsing history
internet speed is good , 180mbps 
RAM is 16GM
and there is enough space on C-drive

what can be the issue? and what's the solution.

    Sometimes, browser extensions can cause performance issues. Try disabling any unnecessary extensions in Chrome and see if that improves performance.
    Also use the Performance Monitor in Windows to check for any system resource bottlenecks.
